Does it ever post without me?
Posts you create in Genrati always wait for your confirmation. A few things you switch on yourself run on their own: comment automations, which send a DM and a reply when someone uses your keyword; Reels to Shorts in automatic mode; and Comment shield in its hide-clear-cases mode. Reels to Shorts and Comment shield both ask you first by default.
What does Comment shield do?
It reads new comments on your Instagram posts and flags sexual harassment, threats, slurs, personal abuse and scams, including Hindi and Hinglish and disguised spellings like b1tch or f u c k. By default flagged comments wait for you to Hide, Keep or Delete. You can let it hide only the clear cases, and hidden comments can always be restored. Criticism, disagreement and ordinary swearing are not its target.
Will Comment shield catch everything?
No filter does. It checks top-level comments on your recent Instagram posts, so replies inside a thread are not checked yet, and it can occasionally flag something fair, which is why it asks you first by default. Facebook Pages and YouTube comments are next.
What do I need to connect?
Instagram: a Business or Creator account. Facebook: a Page you manage. YouTube: a channel on your Google account. LinkedIn: your profile (company pages need approval from LinkedIn).
How do comment automations work?
Pick a keyword, like LINK, and write your message. When someone comments it on your post, Genrati sends them a private DM and replies under their comment. Instagram allows one DM per comment, within 7 days, and only comments made after you turn it on are answered.
Can I see what it did?
Yes. The delivery log lists every comment handled, what was sent, what failed and why. You can filter it, download it as CSV, and turn on link tracking to see clicks.
Why might my YouTube uploads stay private?
New Google apps are limited to private uploads until Google audits them, so Genrati uploads as private by default and YouTube may keep them that way for now.
How are my access tokens stored?
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database, and tied to your account so they cannot be reused elsewhere. You can disconnect at any time and the tokens are deleted.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. One button on your dashboard removes your account, every connected account and all stored tokens immediately.
